Refund Policy

If you have ordered items from us and wish to return them, we ask that you do so within 14 days of receipt. You may request a refund for items returned within this period if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the returned goods at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Please note: We do not accept returns on bedding products due to hygiene reasons.


2. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all items purchased from Artisan Store LTD. Simply email us with the item you would like to exchange and your preferred alternative. Our customer support team will get back to you promptly with further instructions.


3. Shipping

All items are shipped via Royal Mail or trusted couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Delivery Times

Please allow 8–10 working days for your order to arrive.
Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday – Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed during weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Some orders may arrive within 5 working days, depending on stock availability and payment confirmation.
Note: Italian furniture items may take 5–6 weeks for delivery due to import policies and handling times.


5. Our Guarantee

At Artisan Store LTD, we guarantee that your furniture will be delivered safely and securely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transportation after delivery or by the customer.
